Long overdue pictures!

Here are some recent shots of our girl. She is growing so quickly, it is hard to believe she is almost 9 months old. Then again, it is hard to remember our life before her. She is crawling all over the place, and wants to walk so badly! She pulls herself up to stand, and just lets go. She is absolutely fearless, and has the bumps and bruises to prove it!! She explores everything, and puts everything in her mouth! Her favorite times are those that she is in nothing but her diaper, as you will see. She is the light of our lives. I never knew love like this existed. Regardless of everything else, I feel that my greatest accomplishment in life is her, and I love being her mommy!♥

Reece got to play in her first snow today!! We have seen a couple of snows since she was born, but she was sick and didn't get to play in them...here are some shots of her playing.

Jason's Birthday Weekend

Yesterday was Jason's birthday. He was a groomsman in our friends Scott and Kristyn's wedding. We had a good time at the wedding and reception at Dara's Garden! Today, we ate lunch with Jason's family, went and spent some time with our friends, the Brewers, and ate dinner at mom and dad's. A busy weekend, but we had a great time because we got to spend it together!!

Mom's surgery

My mom had back surgery on August 18th. She is doing very well and is being such a trooper!! Reece and I got to spend a few days with her, and she said Reece was the best medicine she could have gotten :) Reece also got to spend time with her uncle Trey in the evenings after he got home from work!

Baby Elsa

Our best friends, David and Sarah, welcomed their beautiful baby girl Elsa on August 7. Jason and David have been best friends since they were 6 years old. We went to the hospital so Reece could meet her new best friend and so we could celebrate baby Elsa's arrival!!

Reece's First Photo Shoot

We took Reece to have her pictures made at Portrait Innovations when she was 6 weeks old. We went with our favorite neighbors, the Johnsons, so Corbin and Regan could have their pictures made too. We had such a good time, and Reece did great with the photographer. Here are a few of my favorites!
